Words to Live By:
Never leave anyone on hold for more than 30 secs for any reason. New contacts are easily displeased and old contacts are offended that you would waste their time. New contacts will hang up and call someone else who will answer their question fast; old contacts will expect a call back almost immediately.
Lesson Learned: Respond FAST or provide alternative time frame to addess client’s concern.
